5 weakest mobs in Minecraft 1.19

Minecraft worlds can be menacing places due to the presence of hostile mobs. However, not all of these creatures are dangerous.

Some enemy mobs are far from threatening. When confronted, players should have an easier time dealing with them. These creatures can be defeated with inferior gear in many situations, and they don’t do quite as much damage as other mobs.

Slimes, Silverfish and 3 other weak Minecraft mobs from The Wild Update

1) Magma Cube

Magma Cubes are similar to Slimes but can be found in the Nether. These mobs are more dangerous than their cousins from the overworld. However, despite their increased damage output and attack speed, they are not overly threatening.

The most dangerous aspect of Magma Cubes is their slightly random jump height, which can make them difficult to hit in mid-air. Similar to slimes, they also break into smaller cubes when they take damage.

While dangerous to a degree, an observant Minecraft player should be able to handle a Magma Cube fairly easily. You should stay away from its jumps and break it apart until there is nothing left.

2) Slimes

Slimes work similarly to Magma Cubes, but are far less dangerous. You are not much to worry about in Minecraft. They’re still able to deal damage with their jump attacks, but that’s about all they can do.

Essentially, as long as players can telegraph their jumps, which aren’t as random as Magma Cubes, slimes pose very little threat. Players can simply reduce them to their smallest form and eliminate them. In fact, even the smallest slimes aren’t capable of harming players.

3) Schulker

Located in the End Dimension, Shulkers are defensive creatures that seek to blend in with their surroundings until they are forced to protect themselves.

To that end, Shulkers are able to fire guided projectiles that deal low damage (two hearts/four damage) and levitate the target for 10 seconds. The greater threat players face when handling a Shulker is their levitation aspect, which can deal fall damage if players levitate too high.

If players can mitigate the levitation effect and dodge the Shulker’s bullets, the mob becomes virtually defenseless.

4) Silverfish

Silverfish are found hiding in infested boulders, usually near keeps, and are more of a nuisance in Minecraft than anything else. Even in hard mode, these creatures can only deal 1.5 points of damage to players.

Silverfish tend to look for a new boulder to infest when flushed from their lair, making them generally quite averse to fights. Additionally, with just eight total health points, they can be defeated in just a few hits.

5) ender mites

Endermites are mobs that occasionally spawn when an enderpearl is broken. They’re creepy little bugs, but immensely weak.

At maximum attack power in Hard Mode, Endermites can only deal three points of damage total. They also only possess a paltry eight health points, making them easy prey for anyone looking to fight them.

In fact, endermen hate endermites. Players who know an Enderman is nearby can have the Slender Mob defeat the little bugs for them. On the other hand, players can use this fact to their advantage as endermites make excellent bait for enderman farms.
