Alan Carr thinks he’ll end up dying a “pub quiz-like death” and wants to kickstart a ’90s rave with Gok Wan DJing.

Lan Carr has revealed how he thinks he’s going to die and what he wants for his funeral, including hiring friend Gok Wan to DJ his ’90s rave-style vigil.
The 46-year-old comedian has clearly been thinking a lot about his passing as he discussed the topic with Kathy Burke on the latest episode of her podcast, Where There’s A Will, There’s A Wake.
When asked by Burke how he thinks things will continue, the former “Chatty Man” host replied, “I’ve always wanted respect, and I never get respect.” I’ll be one of those pub quiz dead. You know, like Rod Hull when he was trying to swap out the satellite dish and got thrown off the roof.
“But I think that’s exactly what’s going to happen to me. I’d like to die in my sleep but I think all I have to do is ask one pub quiz question at the end,” he continued.
Adding: “It’s going to be like my kimono ending up in a shredder. You know what I mean? I trip over something, hit my head on a dildo, or hit a peak like that.”

And while he expects his departure to be a somber affair, he wants the funeral service to be full of ’90s rave.
He explained: “I love parties. I want people, I said, to have deep mourning for the funeral, then you rip off the veil and you get the rave of the nineties.
Adding, “I suffer from insomnia, can’t sleep and stuff.”
Referred to the guest list, he said: “I would invite everyone from RuPaul’s Drag Race. I’d invite RuPaul, Michelle Visage, you know, get some drag queens down there. You bring the fun. Oh, Gok Wan, I’m friends with Gok. He can take over the DJ because he is a DJ now.”

“I know he’ll do anything,” Carr replied, promising Burke would love to be there if she survived him.
