Ashlee Simpson reveals mother-in-law Diana Ross has given her advice on her music

Ashlee Simpson talks about her famous mother-in-law, Diana Ross.

The 38-year-old singer appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show, which aired earlier this week, where she has been candid about working on new music and said Diana gives her advice on the matter.

“It’s nerve-wracking at first to play music to someone when it’s new,” Ashlee shared and revealed that she has been playing her new music for her family. “But definitely her!”

Ashlee admits that she will Diana For liking her music and playing it for her, she gets “butterflies — but she’s such a wonderful mother-in-law.”

She added that Diana also gave her advice and Eve Ross on their 2018 EP Ashlee + Evan.

“She is very encouraging” Ashlee says. “She helped us with the album.”
