Miralem Pjanic ready to cut salary to continue at FC Barcelona
Miralem Pjanic returned to Barcelona after his loan spell at Besiktas earlier this summer. According to Mundo Deportivo, the Bosnia international wants to become part of Xavi Hernandez’s Barcelona squad.
He has impressed Xavi in pre-season and is looking to learn from the Spanish manager, widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time.
To that end, Pjanic is ready to take a pay cut. He will reportedly not cause a fuss even for minutes as his focus is on learning as much as possible from Xavi. Pjanic doesn’t have any real offers at the moment as potential suitors have been put off by his salary demands.
Barcelona want to sign Angelino on loan
