Beyoncé will be bringing her Renaissance tour to Sunderland as part of an eight-day stint in the UK.

Visitors to BeyoncĂ©’s concert are advised to hop off at one of the city center stops — Sunderland or Park Lane if they want to go downtown first, or at St Peters or Stadium of Light if they plan to go straight to the stadium.

Metro will offer an expanded service after the concert, with trains only departing from Stadium of Light and St Peters stations.

All other stations in Sunderland city center will close from 10pm and trains will pass through the stations without stopping.

Park

The best routes into the city for motorists are signposted with provisional traffic signs.

The main park and walking location of the event is at Sunderland Enterprise Park. Due to the closure of Keir Hardie Way, vehicles are advised to access the A1231 Wessington Way.

As there is no public parking available at the Stadium of Light, those arriving by car to the concert are advised to use the city center parking lots.
