Beyoncé will be bringing her Renaissance tour to Sunderland as part of an eight-day stint in the UK.
She will start the tour in Cardiff before also performing in Edinburgh and London.
Fans of the single ladies hitmaker in the region last saw “Queen Bey” take over the city in June 2016 during the European leg of her Formation world tour.

When is Beyoncé appearing in Sunderland?
The former Destiny’s Child lead singer will take the stage on Tuesday, May 23 at the Stadium of Light.
It will be their third date on their UK tour.
When does Beyoncé start at Sunderland Stadium of Light?
Accordingly City of Sunderland, the start time is currently shown as 4:30 p.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m. However, it is important to note that times can change.

Are Beyoncé tickets still available at the Sunderland Stadium of Light?

Who is the support act for Beyoncé at Sunderland Stadium of Light?
Beyoncé doesn’t have any supporting acts on her tour, as fans will have noticed from her performances since the tour began recently.
Will there be road closures for Beyoncé at Sunderland Stadium of Light?
Traffic restrictions will apply as the roads surrounding the stadium will be closed to all traffic on the day.

How can I travel to and from Beyoncé at the Sunderland Stadium of Light?
According to the city of Sunderland, additional and later underground trains will be running to get people to and from the concert.
Visitors to Beyoncé’s concert are advised to hop off at one of the city center stops — Sunderland or Park Lane if they want to go downtown first, or at St Peters or Stadium of Light if they plan to go straight to the stadium.
Metro will offer an expanded service after the concert, with trains only departing from Stadium of Light and St Peters stations.
All other stations in Sunderland city center will close from 10pm and trains will pass through the stations without stopping.
Trains heading towards the stadium are expected to be very busy from the afternoon of May 23. Visitors are therefore advised to plan their trip in advance and allow extra time.
If you want to save time traveling to see the pop star in action, you can buy Beyoncé Metro tickets in advance from any tube ticket machine for £6.20 for a full day journey in all zones.
People boarding at Newcastle city center stations may be asked to queue outside between 4pm and 8pm to allow Metro operator Nexus to safely handle the expected large crowds regardless of destination.
Those planning to travel to or from the concert by bus should check with local suppliers Stagecoach and Go-North East for details.
The best routes into the city for motorists are signposted with provisional traffic signs.
The main park and walking location of the event is at Sunderland Enterprise Park. Due to the closure of Keir Hardie Way, vehicles are advised to access the A1231 Wessington Way.
As there is no public parking available at the Stadium of Light, those arriving by car to the concert are advised to use the city center parking lots.
