Carrie Underwood Crushes Drum Solo During “Poor Everybody Else” On First Weekend Of Tour

Carrie underwood always surprises me.

At a show on the first station of hers Denim & Rhinestones trip This past weekend in Greenville, South Carolina, she absolutely crushed a drum solo during “Poor Everybody Else.”

We’re totally talking about Led Zeppelin’s John Bonham-style headbanging rock-out jam, which I have to admit I was quite surprised to see the Oklahoma native but couldn’t love it more.

After introducing her band members, she goes to the drum kit and gets it absolutely ready… it’s pretty cool to see Carrie borrowing some of her passion for rock ‘n’ roll music, especially as she also did a rousing performance by Guns N’ Roses hit “Welcome to the jungle” also during this show.

Poor Everybody Else was co-written by Carrie with Josh Miller and Chris DeStefano, and the song was included on the tracklisting of her latest 9th studio album Denim & Rhinestones.

Her epic drum solo starts at the 4:45 mark, do yourself a favor and check it out:
