Carvalho captures MILLIONS Online KO Weekender title

The MILLIONS Online KO The action continued over the weekend and it was the 7-Max weekender that caught the attention of the PartyPoker community. A field of 530 participants paid $320 to enter, creating a $159,000 prize pool for those participants to compete for. Only 80 of the starters made it to day two on November 6th and it was Malta’s Manuel Carvalho who survived them all.

Team PartyPoker’s Staples brothers were among the 80 Day 2 players. Jaime Staples broke in 55th, with Matt Staples Go a little lower before you take 42nd place. David Harvey and Manuel Carvalho were the heads-up duo. Both secured more than $11,000 from the main prize pool and left plentiful final prizes up for grabs. Carvalho defeated his opponent and collected a $15,988 bounty, bringing his total haul to an impressive $27,049. Harvey went into the night with $11,776 for his efforts.
