‘Change’ in William and Kate’s ‘behaviour’ spotted at engagement

Prince William and his wife Kate attended the Commonwealth Games with Princess Charlotte earlier this week.

The trio met officials and the Commonwealth Games mascot and sat in the stands to watch the action.

However, while all eyes were on Princess Charlotte and her brilliant expressions, one expert focused on William and Kate.

And they claim to have noticed a “marked change” in their behavior.

Darren Stanton watched the coverage of the Royals’ appearance at the Games.

For Slingo, he speaks of a “significant change” in their “behaviour” at events.

Darren said: “There is a very clear division in the behavior of William and Kate when they attend different events.

The pressure on William and Kate eases a bit as they blend better into the background in the crowd.

“When they attend as high-profile members of the royal family, for example at a charity event or a memorial service where they are the center of attention, their behavior changes compared to events like the Commonwealth Games.

“As viewers, William and Kate take some of the pressure off as they can blend more into the background of the crowd,” he added.

Darren then claimed this allowed them to “relax” and also offered “a peek into their personalities and their relationship behind closed doors.”

He continued: “When they took Charlotte to the Commonwealth Games, for example, Will and Kate were happy to dress up a bit.

“Will had his shirt sleeves rolled up while Kate dressed more comfortably and neutrally.”

He added: “Of course, eyes are still very much on her and William, but as part of the crowd, she’s able to lean away from the limelight as she’s not officially on duty as such.

“At such events, the royal couple often takes their children with them.”

Royal fans were thrilled to see Charlotte at the games.

One commented on social media: “So lovely to see Princess Charlotte with her parents at the Commonwealth Games today!”

Another added: “Absolutely wonderful to see The Cambridges. A great father, a proud wife and an adorable daughter.”
