Chelsea player ratings vs Man Utd: Wesley Fofana horror show as Mykhailo Mudryk inflates his lines

Mykhailo Mudryk, Kai Havertz and Conor Gallagher all missed great chances before Erik ten Hag’s side relentlessly secured Champions League qualification.
Casemiro scored an early header, Anthony Martial added a pass just before half-time and Bruno Fernandes won, converting a penalty.
Marcus Rashford scored the late fourth after returning from illness and injury, replacing Antony, who was taken off on a stretcher. Joao Felix added a late consolation.
Nizaar Kinsella was at Old Trafford watching the Blues try to add shine to a disappointing season…
Kepa Arrizabalaga – 5
Kepa didn’t feel particularly guilty about any of the goals but being beaten four times still looks bad.
Cesar Azpilicueta – 5
The captain was the only player in the Chelsea squad to be over the age of 30. He parried a well-timed goal-saving tackle in the 20th minute, but played aside for Martial’s goal after being substituted on.
Trevoh Chalobah – 5
Due to his competitive advantage, he was the best player in defense but was part of a poor tactical performance.
Wesley Fofana – 2
He missed a penalty in the 72nd minute for a foul on Bruno Fernandes and lost his side again in the 78th minute when his misguided pass resulted in Rashford’s goal.
Lewis Hall—6
Produced two wonderful crosses that should have resulted in goals for both Havertz and Mudryk and neither Jadon Sancho nor Antony found much joy on his side.
Conor Gallagher – 4th
He played very high up but was both wasteful and short on his side’s defense. He also gave away the ball in his own half, creating a chance for Fernandes.
Enzo Fernández – 5
Showed good midfield control early on but lost his head as the game progressed due to the score.
Carney Chukwuemeka – 5
Chukwuemeka showed a consistent performance in his first start since January 15 without producing anything significant. Maybe it’s worth more minutes.

The £88.5million signing missed a simple side-foot finish at the start and seemed completely confident. Despite his apparent desire to work for the team, his performance was riddled with miscontrol. It got a little better in the second half.
Noni Madueke – 4th
Was involved in creating a huge chance for Gallagher in the first half but kept coming into play without taking enough risks.
Kai Havertz – 5th
The Germany international was the most effective attacker but also missed a simple header. He lacks confidence in front of goal despite being the club’s top scorer this season.
Substitute
Joao Felix – 5
The team declined after its introduction. Wasteful in attack until scoring a nice consolation goal as he had nothing to offer on defence.
Christian Pulisic – N/A
Ruben Loftus Cheek – N/A
David Datro Fofana – N/A
Hakim Ziyech – N/A
Unused substitutes: Mendy, Gilchrist, Koulibaly, Silva
