Coleen Nolan splits from boyfriend Michael after ‘spark fizzled out’

Coleen Nolan has split from her boyfriend Michael after a year together.

The Loose Women star confirmed she was in a relationship last year and Michael then appeared on the show with Coleen in January 2022.

However, a rep for Coleen has confirmed that her relationship with Michael is now over, but they “remain friends”.

According to The Sun, Coleen and Michael ended their relationship in April.

An insider claimed the spark between the two “crossed over.”

The source told the publication, “Coleen and Michael dated for just over a year and while they were initially happy, the spark fizzled by the end.

“They quietly split in April but have remained close.

“She’s looking forward to the future and maybe meeting someone new, but there’s no rush.”

The source also said that Coleen is “enjoying the single life” and that she will “be back online dating to find her soul mate soon.”

A rep for Coleen confirmed the couple’s split, saying, “Coleen and Michael are no longer together but remain good friends and get along well.”

Back in January of this year, Coleen and Michael appeared on Loose Women after going public with their relationship.

During the interview, her co-stars were quick to ask the couple about marriage.

Coleen said at the time: “It’s nice how it’s going, it’s going really well. We don’t need to think about the M-word just yet.”

The couple had met online, but during his debut on Loose Women, Michael admitted he didn’t think they would be a match on the dating app.

He said: “I didn’t think for once that we would be a match anyway. Let alone hear from her when I swop.”
