Cricket World Cup 2023: Fixtures, results, full schedule, how to watch, start times, venues and odds

India will host a cricketing extravaganza over the next six weeks, with England hoping to successfully defend the trophy despite a terrible start against New Zealand and bounce back with a win against Bangladesh in the second group game.
This year’s 50-over tournament will once again feature an opening group stage with all ten teams competing in a round-robin format before the top four advance to the knockout stages.
The semi-finals will take place in mid-November before the final at the massive 132,000-seat Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. After a frankly dismal qualifying performance, two-time world champions West Indies will miss the World Cup for the first time.
Hosts India are the team to beat but the likes of South Africa, New Zealand and Pakistan cannot be ruled out, while Australia were hoping for a record-equalling fifth title before back-to-back defeats against India and South Africa.
