Cristiano Ronaldo shows Muscat PSG superstar incredible skill

Cristiano Ronaldo was there as he showed incredible skill against Muscat star Carlos Soler of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

Ronaldo received the ball near the halfway line to show outrageous artistry by possessing Soler with the move.

In addition to skill, Ronaldo also scored a brace. The Portuguese scored his first goal from the penalty spot after a foul by PSG goalkeeper Keylor Navas.

Lionel Messi gave PSG the lead before the Portuguese equalized. Juan Bernat was sent off shortly after Ronaldo equalized. Neymar then missed a great opportunity to put PSG ahead as he saw his shot saved from the penalty spot.

Marquinhos put the Parisians back in front, but Ronaldo equalized shortly afterwards. The Portuguese striker’s initial superb shot went wide of the post and then he scored, smashing the rebound into the goal. Sergio Ramos made it 3-2 for the Parisians from close range after brilliant preliminary work by Kylian Mbappe.

The score is now 4-3 for PSG as Mbappe gave his side the lead from the penalty spot after Riyadh’s season side equalized through Hyun Soo Jang.

However, Cristiano Ronaldo’s nutmeg move was perhaps the most entertaining move of the game so far. The Portuguese came off the field in the second half.

2022 was not an easy year for Cristiano Ronaldo as he was demoted to the bench for both Manchester United and Portugal. It was definitely the toughest year of Ronaldo’s career.

Ronaldo’s manager at Al-Nassr, Rudi Garcia, wants the Portuguese to get back to his form in Saudi Arabia. He said (via inside sports):

“The only thing I wish for Ronaldo is that he rediscovers the joy of playing and smiles again, because in the last few months between Manchester United, the national team and then on a personal level, he has not had easy moments when he finds the joy of Playing, that’s a goal achieved.”

Cristiano Ronaldo has certainly gotten off to a good start in the Middle East as he bagged a brace against full-strength PSG. It will be interesting to see how he fares for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League.
