Emmerdale’s Nick Miles was spotted at the North East car dealership

At the weekend, ITV Emmerdale actor Nick Miles swapped the Woolpack pub for the Evans Halshaw Renault Sunderland as he drove away in a new Hyundai.

The TV star, best known for his role as Jimmy King in Emmerdale, has appeared in over 1,800 episodes of the soap and has also appeared in The Bill and Casualty.

The Birmingham-born actor decided to drive to Sunderland to collect his brand new Hyundai 4×4, which delighted the staff at the North East showroom.

Evans Halshaw wrote on his social media page: “From the Woolpack Pub to the Evans Halshaw Renault Sunderland, actor Nick Miles, best known as Emmerdale’s Jimmy King, paid us a visit.”

“Our personal Natasha from the used car department handed over the keys and it was a real pleasure.

While one might have expected the actor to get most of the attention in the comments section of the social media post, it was the car that drew more reactions.

One person commented on the post saying: “I have the same car, great choice Nick,” while another added: “I’ve had my Hyundai for years, it’s so reliable.”
