England gave Kyle Sinckler an injury break for the game against Japan, the prop was “fit and ready to play”

Defense coach Kevin Sinfield believes Sinckler is ready to return with full match fitness, with England looking to get the players going again.
Tom Curry was expected to start against Argentina last weekend, although he missed the entire warm-up program in August due to ankle problems.
And England’s conditioning coaches have achieved a similar result with Bristol pro Sinckler, who is now full of action and fully available for selection.
“He’s worked incredibly hard, he’s been with the team for the last few training sessions, he joined at the end of last week,” Sinfield said.
“He’s fit and ready to go and I think I’ve spoken to him [head of strength and conditioning] Aled Walters, you understand the work they do behind the scenes with the injured. They’ve done an incredible job with Kyle, so he’ll be ready to go.”
Sinckler was a key figure in Eddie Jones’ England tenure and will now be eager to get back to his best with the experienced Dan Cole back and Bath’s Will Stuart also in the squad.

“The competition for places is really good at the moment. Because people are injured or suspended, it’s really important to us that they come back.
“The best teams I have played in and worked with have had competition for places and great depth, and when we are fully fit and all 33 are available there is wonderful competition for places there.”
England’s medical and conditioning department was able to bring lock Ollie Chessum back early last month after he suffered a dislocated ankle in March.
Leicester’s second row were back to their aggressive display in Saturday’s 27-10 win over Argentina, which opened England’s Pool D account in great fashion.
Sinfield added that Walters had put together a team and a plan that could give England an advantage.
“It’s great to get the players back up to speed so quickly and it’s a big rap for Aled, a big rap for Tom Tombleson and the team behind it, the medical team,” he said.
“They did an incredible job with all the injured players, they all came back early and were fit to play.”
