Fantasy Premier League tips: who to buy and who to captain for FPL doubles match week 37?
In a double-match Week 37, Manchester United, Man City, Chelsea and Brighton all play twice, presenting a serious chance for FPL managers to pick up some season-changing points.
This week’s deadline is Saturday at 11am BST and here are our top picks…
Anthony Martial – Man Utd – £6.3m
This is the stage of the season where a well-timed, unexpected transfer can get you promoted to your mini-league. Martial could be the man to pull it off, with a goal in the last game against Wolves ahead of United’s doubles week against Bournemouth and Chelsea. Marcus Rashford looks fit so support him too (and let’s face it, you’ll be captain Erling Haaland) but Martial is a smart option for a good haul in GW37.
Conor Gallagher – Chelsea – £5.6m
Chelsea (remember?) are also in a doubles week and are certainly a crucial option despite two tough games this week. Raheem Sterling is overpriced at £9.7million so Gallagher’s two goals and five bonus points in five games are worth playing for.
Trent Alexander-Arnold – Liverpool – £7.7m
Liverpool fans may fondly remember the days when Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson were FPL must-haves. Those times have come back a bit as the right-back has produced some kind of return in his last EIGHT games. That’s mega. Aston Villa at Anfield and a ready Southampton side are their final opponents so there should be more on the way.
Julio Enciso – Brighton – £4.6m
OK, I admit it. I’m one of the very few geniuses who eliminated Pervis Estupinan for GW36. Maybe a public confession will make me feel better. Probably not. But maybe you can learn from my mistake and actually support Brighton for their Double GW37. Estupinan is a good reputation (But what do I know?) while Enciso represents a budget difference for your attack after three goals in recent weeks.
