Fed-Up Ariz. Voter Uses State’s Own Law to Take Action After Treatment at Polling Location

Electoral integrity and the ability to securely, accurately, and efficiently tabulate votes is a cornerstone of American democracy.

So why were so many American voters struggling to cast their ballots at all?

The Western Journal set out to investigate what was going on in his own backyard. (The Western Journal is based in Arizona.)

We viewed and analyzed several videos submitted by former editor Floyd Brown.

Here’s just one example of how difficult it was to vote – in the voter’s own words.

You can watch the video above.

In it, an Arizona voter reveals he was given a pen that could render his ballot unreadable.

“A worker gave us a pen,” said the voter. “When we took off the top, it was a marker.”

Notably, the voter also claimed that he would file a complaint about the Held America Vote Act.

For those who don’t know, HAVA allows Arizona residents to file a complaint if at any time they believe their “right to receive voting instructions” has been violated.

Handing over a felt tip pen certainly sounds like it will affect someone’s ability to voice.

If there were just one example of a voter struggling to cast their ballot, The Western Journal might have dismissed it as pure coincidence.

But this is far from the only case.
