Flight to London canceled after passenger poops on floor

A previously twice-delayed flight was finally canceled after a passenger pooped on the floor.

The EasyJet flight from Tenerife (Spain) to London, which was delayed on Sunday, was already several hours late, according to passenger Kitty Streek

In the clip, the pilot announced that someone on board No. 2 went to the floor of the plane’s front lavatory.

“So we’re staying here now,” he announced to the already frustrated passengers, adding that hotel rooms would be provided. The flight was postponed until the next morning.

Streek, who criticized the airline on X, called the entire experience “very frustrating.”

Fellow passenger Aaran Gedhu recalled smelling human waste after two passengers used the front toilet.

“It was just a very unpleasant experience,” he continued. “Obviously the aircraft was in an unsanitary condition. So they had to bring in outside cleaners from the airport to clean it. The stairs were then reconnected and cleaners came to thoroughly clean the floor.”

EasyJet confirmed that the flight was never able to take off that night because it required “additional cleaning” and that the previous delays were for “safety reasons.”

This is the second feces incident on an airplane in the last month.
