Adele shook off her disappointment in Las Vegas and won big at the Brit Awards on Tuesday night as Britain’s biggest music awards were redesigned.

This year, the prize categories were fundamentally redesigned. Not only were male and female categories eliminated in favor of a single Artist of the Year, but four new genre awards were added, decided by public vote.
