George Ezra cancels performance at the O2 Arena due to acute dizziness

The 29-year-old singer-songwriter’s Twitter page on Tuesday said he was “incredibly unwell” before seeking medical attention.

The statement read: “Hello everyone, unfortunately George is feeling incredibly unwell this afternoon.

“He has been diagnosed with acute dizziness by a doctor and it is with our sincere regret that we have to announce that tonight’s show at the O2 in London cannot go ahead as planned.”

A follow-up tweet added that the tickets will remain valid and the show will be rescheduled.

“We are very sorry for everyone who has come for tonight,” it said.
