Speaking to David Pearson, co-owner of OneGym with his brother Paul, it is clear that great care was taken in the design of the facility.
He said: “We’re really excited to be opening this weekend.
“My brother and I are from Darlington and know the area well.
“We have always wanted to bring our OneGym concept to Darlington.
“We wanted to wait until we had a prime location.
“We managed to sort out 100 car parking spaces in the city center.
“It will also be beneficial for all other businesses in the area.
“We have Panatta machines that are very high quality.
“Interest in memberships is already high.
“We’ll just have to wait and see how quickly we fill our spots, some of our other gyms have waiting lists.”
