Gisele Bündchen previously indicated her support of Tom Brady’s NFL Career

Tom Brady has a lot to do. In addition to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 2-0 start despite numerous injuries in their team, speculation about the quarterback’s private life is increasing. After an 11-day break from training camp for personal reasons, rumors circulated about the status of his marriage to Gisele Bundchen. In a 2017 interview, the Brazilian supermodel stressed that she will always have her back when it comes to his NFL career.

The funny thing is, when you say “Prime Tom Brady,” you could be talking about any year between 2001 and 2022. The man’s prime is old enough to buy alcohol.

She explained in the interview that despite the violent nature of football, she would still support Brady’s decisions:

“He doesn’t play tennis, does he? He plays football. It is a contact sport and a very aggressive sport. But he knows I always will – I will always support him. And I want him to be happy. If that makes him happy, and he loves doing that, then I will always support him as (I) always have. So I want him to be happy and fulfilled.”

After 13 years of marriage, it’s natural for couples to have their ups and downs. It’s no different for Brady and Bundchen, as she reportedly didn’t like Brady’s decision to retire and return to the Buccaneers. While Brady may have another year in the NFL, he’s definitely closer to the end of his career than midway through.

Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are battling multiple injuries on offense

Tom Brady returned to the Buccaneers with only the potential to return to the Super Bowl. In addition to the mainstays of the offensive, such as running back Leonard Fournette, wide receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, the Buccaneers committed wide receivers Julio Jones and Russell Gage. Though Brady’s longtime BFF and star tight end Rob Gronkowski retired, the quarterback and the Bucs had hoped the free agent additions could help fill the void left by Gronkowski.

Instead, the offense has operated without Godwin, who is dealing with a hamstring and ACL injury, and Julio Jones, who is nursing a knee injury. Despite the injuries, Tom Brady and the Buccaneers are starting out with 2-0 wins over the Dallas Cowboys and their NFC South rival New Orleans Saints.
