article content

In an increasingly defaced America, two systems of law apply today.

Think of the unlawful removal and storage of classified documents.

Former President Donald Trump may face jail for bringing controversial White House filings into his home.
So far, President Joe Biden appears to have been spared such a legal threat.

But as a senator and vice president who didn’t have the right to release files like a president, Biden removed classified files and kept them in unsecured locations as a private citizen for years.

Curiously, Biden’s team revealed the illegal deportations after years of silence.

This happened because the Biden administration found itself in the untenable position of prosecuting the former president for “crimes” also committed by the current president — albeit much earlier and longer.

Disputable phone calls?

Trump has been impeached by a Democratic House of Representatives for delaying foreign aid until Ukraine’s government assured Hunter Biden and his family were no longer involved in corrupt influence in Kiev.
Additionally, leftists accused Trump of targeting Joe Biden, his potential rival in 2020.

Yet Biden boasted with impunity that he had fired a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating his own son’s plans by promising to end American foreign aid altogether.

And the Biden administration’s Justice Department is now targeting Trump, who is currently Biden’s biggest challenger in 2024.

election denial?

Trump has been indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith on charges including allegedly conspiring “unlawful disparagement of legitimate voices.”

Will Smith then also indict Stacey Abrams? For years, Abrams falsely claimed that she was the true governor of Georgia. She toured the country in hopes of “lowering” the state’s vote count.

Or maybe Smith was referring to conspirator and former President Jimmy Carter.

He claimed Trump “lost the election and was put into office because the Russians interfered on his behalf” in 2016.

Will Smith Impeach Hillary Clinton?

She repeatedly berated Trump as an “illegitimate” president.

Clinton invented the Russian collusion hoax and boasted that she had joined the “Resistance” to continue her attacks on an elected president.

Or maybe Smith meant Hollywood audiences.

Many actors cut commercials after the 2016 election, urging viewers to pressure voters to ignore their constitutional duties to respect their states’ popular vote and vote for Hillary Clinton instead.

Wasn’t that “seditious”?

Or was Smith thinking of January 2005?

At that time, 32 members of the Democratic House of Representatives and Senator Barbara Boxer tried to annul the statutary vote in Ohio – in order to elect the loser John Kerry.
How about destroying evidence?

Trump has also been charged with allegedly attempting to delete video footage from his own security cameras in his own home.

Still, Hillary Clinton cleared subpoenaed communications devices and thousands of emails with impunity.

security breaches? Trump has been accused of allegedly speaking casually about confidential material with visitors to his home.

So, will Attorney Smith’s charges extend to Hillary Clinton? She illegally sent secret documents through her unsecured private server.

FBI Director James Comey recalled a confidential conversation with the President. Then he deliberately leaked what was actually a top-secret document to the media. It was all part of Comey’s Machiavellian gambit to push for the appointment of a cheap special prosecutor.

What about subverting the electoral process?

Donald Trump has been charged with allegedly undermining the 2020 election by questioning the integrity of the vote.

In 2016, during Hillary Clinton’s campaign, two foreigners, Christopher Steele and Igor Danchenko, were illegally hired to piece together lies about their opponent, Trump.

Clinton hid her payments behind three paywalls.

Her team, along with the FBI, helped leak the fake dossier to the media and senior officials in a bid to undermine her opponent — and thus undermine the election itself.

lies and perjury?

Two Trump associates and Trump himself face charges for allegedly blocking federal investigators with claims of amnesia or ignorance.

This is exactly the tact James Comey did 245 times under oath before Congress.

What do former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan and former interim FBI Director Andrew McCabe have in common?

All three admitted to having lied outright either under oath to Congress or to federal investigators.

The three have never been charged with their false and perjury statements.

We have now gradually moved from the hoax about “Russian collusion” in the 2016 elections to the 2020 elections

“Russian disinformation” laptop hoaxes and armed indictments leading up to the 2024 election.

Out of pathological hatred or fear of Donald Trump, the left passed one law for themselves and another for all other Americans.

They smugly believe that their own moral superiority entitles them to apply the law unequally—or to ignore it altogether.

In order to retain power at all costs and crush a political rival, left-wing Democrats are systematically destroying the constitutional foundations of the United States as we once knew it.
