Happy Valley’s Sarah Lancashire suffers from brain fog
The 58-year-old recently received the special recognition gong at the 2023 National Television Awards (NTAs) for her talented work, including roles in Coronation Street, Last Tango In Halifax and Happy Valley.
She also won the award at the star-studded ceremony for best acting performance for her role as West Yorkshire police sergeant Catherine Cawood in the gritty crime drama, which ended earlier this year after three series.

“I was in Sainsbury’s the other day and I was just standing in the aisle and couldn’t remember why I was there. It comes over you all of a sudden.
“I can’t remember things that happened 30 years ago either.”
Lancashire who also starred in “Where the Heart Is,” talked about struggling with the heat and needing “two fans in her face all the time.” NTA’s.
“I brought one of my closest friends and his job was to look out for the cameras. If it looked like they were waving towards us, he would let me know so I could hide them.” She said.

Olly Murs announces this popular ITV show has been canceled and says he’s ‘gutted’
Pop singer Olly Murs has revealed ITVs Struck by the stars “won’t be back” since it was removed from the channel.
The X Factor star told The sun at the NTAs earlier in the week and revealed why he is “disappointed” with the news.
The 39-year-old presenter said: “I’ve always loved presenting. Starstruck was great, but it won’t be back.”
“I’m disappointed it’s such a great show. Things change so quickly in this game. The ratings were really good, but in terms of money and things like that, it just didn’t work out.”
Starstruck previously aired on ITV1 for two seasons on Saturday nights and was a modern take on Stars In Their Eyes.
The entertainment show saw super fans transform into their idols to perform a special show in front of judges Adam Lambert, Beverley Knight, Sheridan Smith (2022), Shania Twain (2023), guest Ronan Keating and Jason Manford.
The winners, who best embodied their musical icon in each series, won a cash prize of £50,000.
