Meghan landed in Germany on Tuesday evening and was photographed after being wheeled out of a VIP lounge at the airport around 4pm local time.

The Duchess took the stage at a reception for the Invictus Games – founded in 2014 by former soldier Harry as a multi-sport event for wounded, injured and sick military personnel and service members, both service members and veterans – and apologized for being “small “I was late to the party.”

She said she had to make milkshakes and get her and Harry’s two children, Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2, “settled down” before she could fly from her home in Los Angeles.
