Prince Andrew is reportedly “desperate” that the king hasn’t divided up her mother’s inheritance.

King Charles III was the sole beneficiary of the Queen’s £650m estate, under a 1993 agreement stating that no inheritance tax was due.

The king’s siblings Princess Anne, 72, and Prince Edward, 59, and Prince Andrew, 63, have not inherited anything from the Queen and are said to share “some resentment” as a result.

King Charles III’s decision to ask the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to “vacate” their British residence can only be seen as a reaction to the publication of Prince Harry’s memoir, a royal expert has said.

RS Locke, a freelance writer and royal commentator, pointed to reports that Harry and Meghan were asked to vacate Frogmore Cottage “within days of the book’s release”.
