Has Sky Mobile gone down? Customers report problems when making calls
At the time of writing, as of 3:11 p.m., there have been more than 1,000 reports through Down Detector, with people advising that they are unable to make or receive calls.

Sky confirms mobile customers are having trouble with calls
It seems Heaven is aware of the reported issue as the Sky Help team is aware of it Twitter Account posted: “We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers are currently experiencing issues making and receiving calls.
“We are investigating the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.”
When asked by a customer when the issue would be resolved, the Sky Help team replied: “We don’t have a timeframe at the moment Zoe. We will post all updates as soon as an update is available. Thank you, Becca.”

Sky Mobile customers report they “can’t make calls” on social media.
Those experiencing problems making and receiving calls on Sky’s services impact 63% of reported issues phoneswith 35% having problems with the internet.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: “Not great actually when I’m on the go trying to reach people urgently. I expect there will be compensation for the inconvenience caused.”
Another wrote: “I hope the bills are of good faith. I can’t make calls on the phone.”
This Sky Mobile customer said: “I’m also having trouble sending SMS.
“This is really inconvenient considering I’m pregnant and have important appointments regarding my pregnancy this week, one of which is today!
“My midwife tried to contact me and instead had to interrupt my partner at work. Thanks a lot for this.”
A user of the company also said, “I hope there’s compensation!” I had a lot of important calls to make today. I am seriously considering switching providers.”
