I’m a gym girl – I use my pull up bar at home every time I walk past it, sometimes it’s 2am and wearing heels

WHILE many of us wish we had the willpower to exercise often, sometimes we just don’t find the time.
One woman said she hates being lazy when it comes to her arm workouts — even if it means doing a few reps after coming home from the club.
Jessica Balter (@jessiefit) is a fitness girl who often shares her fitness routines and outfits on TikTok.
While her commitment to staying in shape is obvious to anyone who comes across her social media, her most recent is Video proved that she embodies the hashtag #nodaysoff.
The brunette beauty appeared in a black mini romper, a slicked-back ponytail and black heels.
But instead of just going to her bedroom and throwing herself into bed, she did a mini workout.
Fully decked out, she grabbed the pull-up bar positioned in her doorway and rose up and down several times.
“If you make a commitment to do 5 pull-ups every time you walk in the door…you’re even doing the pull-ups at 2 a.m. in a onesie and heels.”
Seems like she has a reason for having muscular arms, toned legs and a six pack abs.
“My version of March madness is this pull-up challenge,” she captioned the video.
Viewers found her engagement inspiring.
“This. Is. Iconic,” one person commented.
“A QUEEN,” praised another.
“Bad guy,” repeated a third.
And a fourth said she felt empowered by her challenge: “You make me buy a pull up bar for my house.”
