Inter boss confirms Simone Inzaghi’s decision amid links with Tottenham manager

Imone Inzaghi is set to stay at Inter for the new season despite Tottenham’s interest having been expressed.
Nerazzurri CEO Giuseppe Marotta has confirmed the club’s decision after Inzaghi guided the Italian club to the final of the Champions League and Coppa Italia, the cup competition he guided Inter to victory last year.
“We didn’t think for a second this year of replacing Inzaghi,” he confirmed to Rai Italia.
“He managed to strengthen his position thanks to the team’s performances, which are obviously the result of his leadership.
“His confirmation percentage is 100 percent. He is and will be our coach again next year.”
Spurs were briefly linked with 47-year-old Inzaghi in Italian media as they continue their search for a new manager.
