Jey Uso responds with one-word to praise from WWE legend

Jey Uso has responded to praise from former WWE Superstar and current producer Shane “Hurricane” Helms.

The Bloodline has become the dominant faction within WWE. Nearing 800 days as the undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns will defend against Logan Paul at Crown Jewel next month. The Usos have held onto the tag titles for over a year, and there’s no sign of a team taking the titles away anytime soon.

The Hurricane recently tweeted praise for Jey Uso, complimenting him for stepping up his game in recent years:

“Jey Uso is perhaps the most overlooked individual talent in the business right now. He has raised every level of his game over the past few years. A true example of “doing work,” Helms tweeted.

Jey Uso is perhaps the most overlooked talent in the biz right now. He’s upped his game in every way over the past few years. A true example of “doing the job”.

Jey took to Twitter to respond on The Usos official Twitter account. Jey simply replied with the name “Hurricane” and a folded hand emoji to say thank you.

WWE Superstar Wonders Why Jey Uso Still Has Issues With Him

Honorary Uce Sami Zayn and Jey Uso have been having their troubles in The Bloodline lately. However, Jey helped Sami earn a win over Kofi Kingston on last Friday’s SmackDown, so maybe the two finally have a common ground.

During a recent interview with WWE – The Week, The Great Liberator said he understood why Jey would initially be reluctant to let an underdog in The Bloodline. But it seems like they should be over it at this point:

“I think the rivalry that he (Jey Uso) had with Roman Reigns a couple of years ago I think has done something to him and becoming right hand man and all of that is obviously a position he takes very much Seriously and look, I kind of understand not wanting to roll out the welcome mat to an ‘outsider’ at first. But at this point, come on, you know? h/d post wrestling

And of course Happy Birthday to The Right Hand Man, Jey Uso!

The Bloodline feuded with The Brawling Brutes during the Fatal 4-Way match on last Friday’s edition of SmackDown. Solo Sikoa vied to become the #1 contender for the IC Title, but Mysterio emerged victorious in the Fatal 4-Way to earn a future match against Gunther.

During the match, The Bloodline interfered and attacked Sheamus at ringside. The Brawling Brutes rushed to the ring for the save and brawled with Sami Zayn and The Usos. It will be interesting to see if the Usos defend their tag titles at WWE Crown Jewel next month.
