Are your younger ones dying to put on their dancing shoes during lockdown? This latest free online course from North Hertfordshire College in association with The Telegraph’s Keep Kids Active campaign, could be just right for you.
No equipment is required, while a bottle of water is recommended for hydration. First guided by a short warm-up, then it goes into the designed routine and getting to grips with all movements. There is also an adapted version for those who want to slow it down a bit.
The 30-minute task is to then move away and add four more counts of eight to the routine.
Loughborough College and Ashmole Academy have previously offered five days of classes. Each video remains available throughout the day to ensure students can integrate their lesson’s activities with the other classes already scheduled by their schools. All abilities and fitness levels are catered for, with an easier option explained for the more difficult tasks.
