Join in with free online PE lessons: HIIT workout

For the youngsters who like it a little more energetic, this HIIT-focused PE class might be right up your alley.

A water bottle (for hydration) and canned food or books (as weights) are all you need to follow this latest offering from North Hertfordshire College in association with The Telegraph’s Keep Kids Active campaign. The 30-minute task is then to create your own HIIT workout.

Each video remains available throughout the day to ensure students can integrate their lesson’s activities with the other classes already scheduled by their schools. All abilities and fitness levels are catered for, with an easier option explained for the more difficult tasks.

Loughborough College and Ashmole Academy have both previously offered five days of classes.
