Join in with free online PE lessons: speed, agility and coordination

In a relationship with The Telegraph’s Keep Kids Active campaign, Loughborough College is among those offering free online physical education classes.
This focuses on speed, agility and coordination exercises drawn from a variety of different sports. Each exercise lasts 40 seconds with a 20-second rest. Equipment required includes a pair of socks (preferably long), a can/can, a cup/mug, a glove, a hat and a small ball e.g. B. a tennis ball.
The 30-minute challenge then includes a reaction task (with a partner) and a sock-based twister game.
The videos will remain available throughout the day to ensure students can combine their hour-long activity with the other classes already scheduled by their schools. All abilities and fitness levels are catered for, with an easier option explained for the more difficult tasks.
