Lorraine Kelly on the ‘feud’ between Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby

The two co-hosts, who also co-host Dancing On Ice, reportedly “hardly speak to each other,” while a source said Holly would love to continue hosting This Morning without Phillip.

Lorraine Kelly said she would be “sad” if either of them left the show and said the pair have the full support of their ITV peers.

The Lorraine host also added that she thought it was “unlikely” that they would leave the show.

she said The sun: “Do you know how they were today? It was like always and everyone just keeps going.”

“I’d be sad if they left the show, but I don’t think that will ever happen and I think they’re just moving on.”

Last week, rumors surfaced about the rift between Holly and her 14-year-old co-host. A source suggested the two “hardly talked” and that Holly would love to host ITV This Morning without Phillip.

“My family has been through a real ordeal. Like I said before, Holly is my rock.”

A source had told it The sun previously: “Holly loves This Morning and for the first time in 14 years she has made it clear that should Phil ever leave, she wants to stay. They are separate entities.

“It’s become clear to those around her on set lately that Holly and Phil aren’t as close as they used to be.

“Professionally, you would have no idea something was going on because they behave the same way on camera. But behind the scenes, their relationship has cooled.

“There used to be a lot of banter and camaraderie off-camera, but that’s waned.

“Like any professional couple who have worked together for over a decade, Holly and Phil have gone through rough patches before. They used to always seem to keep going, but this time it seems different.”
