Tragically, Dalton has just 12 months to live and thanks to the James Bess Foundation, they were able to make the dream a reality.

The wish was shared in a video via the James Bess Foundation’s TikTok account, as Dalton responded while lying in his hospital bed:

“See Luke Combs in concert.”

He added that he wanted to take a trip to Dolly Parton’s Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

The caption for the video read:

“Meet the newest client, Dalton. Dalton is 22 years old, lives in Nashville, is battling a congenital heart defect and has less than 12 months to live.

His wish is to meet Luke Combs and attend his concert with his best friend and his best friend’s father in Atlanta next month. Here is Dalton’s request video: (Dalton is autistic and was in the hospital when this video was taken).”
