Malton man found dead at home – police appeal for family

A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: “We are issuing a further appeal on behalf of the coroner as he attempts to locate the next of kin of 69-year-old Anthony Lane.”

“Anthony died at his home in Malton on Friday September 15th. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

“The coroner is trying to trace family members or anyone who knows Anthony or knows where his family is.

“It is possible that Anthony had links to Nottingham.

“If anyone has any information that could help the coroner trace Anthony’s family, please email coroner Sandra Price at coroner@northyorkshire.police.uk. Thank you.”
