A 35-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in a Vaughan park last month.

York Regional Police said the teen was at Agostina Park near Rutherford Road. and Confederdation Pkwy. when he was approached by a man on Sept. 22 around 9:30 p.m.

Police believe the man touched the victim in a sexual manner during the interaction.
Police said an arrest was made on Tuesday based on tips from the public.
Irakli Logua, of Vaughan, is charged with sexual harassment and sexual assault.

Concerned about the possibility of additional alleged victims, police released a photo of the defendant, described as white, 6 feet 2 inches tall, medium build, brown, wavy hair, blue eyes and clean-shaven.
