Man Shoots Woman, Same Bullet Ricochets Then Kills Him

What a bizarre story.

A man in Texas shot a woman in the neck, and the same bullet that hit her killed him.

KDFW reports that Dallas police responding to a shooting last Saturday found a large amount of blood in an apartment upon arrival.

However, no suspects or victims were found at the home.

Later, the Dallas PD received a call from a local hospital to report that two people had been found in their parking lot with gunshot wounds.

Police were able to determine that the two people in the parking lot were those from the apartment they were responding to.

Police believe Byron Redmon, 26, shot the female victim in the neck and the bullet exited her body and struck him in the leg.

As a result of the injury, Redmon succumbed to his injuries.

The Dallas Police Department has yet to release much information about the woman who was shot in this incident.
