Meghan Markle will have a quiet birthday today (4 August) as she turns 41, a royal expert has claimed.
Podcaster Kinsey Schofield speculates that the Duchess of Sussex will likely spend the day with her family.
She also reckons Meghan will be dining out with husband Prince Harry and a few celebrity friends.
However, the online correspondent has ruled out throwing a big party for the mother of two.
And that’s because Meghan and Harry keep their social circle “small,” according to Ms. Schofield.
How Meghan Markle ‘spends her birthday’
Speaking to the Daily Star, Ms Schofield claims Meghan can celebrate in “intimate” surroundings.
She said: “I imagine Meghan’s birthday could be an intimate dinner at Lucky’s Steakhouse in Montecito. Maybe David Foster and Katharine McPhee will also have a babysitter and be there to talk shop and celebrate the Duchess.”

She went on to suggest that the Sussexes probably won’t have a big deal.
The podcast personality elaborated by suggesting the pair wouldn’t “rent out” a “hangar” for a private gig with a gig from the likes of Michael Bublé.
‘Gift from Harry’
Instead, it has been claimed that Meghan’s birthday will be marked by lots of family time.
Ms Schofield speculated Meghan’s husband could give her jewelry.
Additionally, she considered whether Archie and Lilibet’s birthstones or initials could also be present, which would make it an especially poignant gift.
I think we can expect a low key birthday for Meghan this year.
Gifts aside, it has also been suggested that Meghan could spend part of her birthday baking.
The correspondent added: “Meghan loves being in the kitchen so I think she would wait to make the sweet treats and the cake with Archie and Lili.
“They might even bake and decorate themselves. I think we can expect a low-key birthday for Meghan this year.”
Birthday wishes from in-laws
Earlier this morning, both Prince William and Kate Middleton, as well as Prince Charles and Camilla Meghan, sent birthday greetings on social media.
Their short posts were each accompanied by a picture of Meghan from the Platinum Jubilee.
