Merit Poker announces the schedule for the upcoming Carmen series

Merit Poker continues to bring great poker action to Cyprus, and the latest Carmen series is just around the corner and plays from March 22nd to April 2nd.

Led by a massive $1.5 million guaranteed Main Event, the Carmen Series features an action-packed schedule that players are sure to enjoy.

Event Highlights

Of course, everyone will be watching the Main Event, but there are plenty of other tournaments for players to dig into.

The series will be opened by the NL warm up which promises to pay out no less than $700,000. The warm up starts on March 22nd at 12 noon and has a buy-in of $2,200. Even better, there are plenty of ways to get in cheap as you can bang your way into satellite for a fraction of the price.

The Warm Up has three start flights before fields merge for Day 2 on March 24th. The champion is then crowned the following day.

Another thing to watch out for is the $1,100 Mystery Bounty. Mystery Bounty Tournaments are all the rage right now, and this one shouldn’t be missed with its $100,000 guarantee. While the grand prize is yet to be announced, you can expect it to be good.

Main Event of the Carmen Series

As mentioned, the Carmen Series Main Event has a guaranteed seven-figure prize pool, but there’s high expectation for that figure to be wiped out.

The Main Event buy-in is $3,300 and like the Warm Up, there are numerous satellites scheduled for players to enter. In this way, over 50 tickets for the main event will be awarded.

The Main Event starts on March 28th and has four Day 1 flights, with Day 1d running as a turbo. Day 1 survivors will then return for Day 2 on March 31, before Day 3 and Day 4 take place on April 1-2.
