New Girl: Fan-Favorite Sitcom is leaving Netflix after 10 years

After almost 10 years on Netflix, the streamer is losing access to a fan-favorite sitcom.

The move comes as part of a collective agreement between Disney and NBCUniversal that allows their respective platforms to share streaming rights to the comedy’s entire seven-season catalogue.

From April 17th, Netflix subscribers will have to say goodbye new girl how it makes the transition to Hulu and Peacock.

Here’s a list of all the UK Netflix titles that will be removed in March.

The Fox Original Series, which ran from 2011 to 2018, was first made available on Netflix in the summer of 2013.

Not long after, Jess and her childhood best friend and model Cece (Simone) form a close friendship and an unusual bond with the three men.

Some notable guest stars throughout the seven seasons included Prince, Taylor Swift, Megan Fox, Justin Long, Josh Gad, Jamie Lee Curtis, Brenda Song, Adam Brody, and Linda Cardellini.

During its first run, the series garnered multiple Emmy wins and Golden Globe nominations.
