Nicole Scherzinger relieved as One Direction truth finally comes out

After it was revealed that Nicole Scherzinger played a pivotal role in the formation of The X Factor’s boy band One Direction, she has broken her silence on social media.

Last week, to celebrate One Direction’s 12th anniversary, The X Factor’s official Twitter page released unseen footage of the band’s formation.

The tweet was captioned, “If you’ve waited 12 YEARS to find out exactly how @onedirection came to be.”

The footage showed Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Nicole deciding who should move into the Judges’ Houses on The X Factor season 7.

The trio placed Niall Horan’s headshot on the table first before selecting Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson.

At this point, Nicole exclaims, “This is the cutest boy band ever!

“The little girls will love them.”

Finally, she adds the images of Liam Payne and Zayn Malik to the bunch of faces we’ve come to love as One Direction.

I think they’ll be really great together in a boy band.

She explained: “They have just the right look and charisma on stage. I think they’ll be really great together in a boy band.

“They are like little stars. You can’t get rid of little stars, so you put them all together.”

Nicole breaks her silence

Nicole decided to respond to the video by posting a video on both her Instagram and TikTok accounts.

She said, “Does it ever drive you crazy how long it takes for the truth to come out?”

In the viral video, Nicole lip-syncs to One Direction’s Night Changes while standing in a dressing gown, then cuts to her in a gorgeous red dress.

One Direction fans rushed to support them

Fans flooded the Pussycat Dolls star with support.
