Nigella Lawson previously revealed the secret to her two stone weight loss – and admitted she still enjoys the food she loves.
The TV chef, 62, has dropped several dress sizes in recent years but has been aware of doing so sensibly.
Not a fan of fad diets, Nigella has instead lost weight through exercise and healthy meals.
In fact, she previously admitted she was “disgusted” by the clean eating trend.
For extreme versions, dieters avoid all processed foods, even dairy and wheat.
Nigella told Radio 4’s Women’s Hour: “I think the implication behind the term ‘clean eating’ is that any other form of eating is dirty or shameful. I don’t like extremes, I think that’s the real truth.
“I think food shouldn’t be used to pursue oneself, and I really think one should be careful to enjoy what’s good rather than either thinking, oh no, that’s dirty, bad, or sinful .”
How did Nigella Lawson lose weight?
Fans first noticed that Nigella looked slimmer in 2017.
Two years later, the Cook, Eat, Repeat star confirmed that she had gone from size 16 to size 12.

Nigella, who returns this weekend with a new series of Nigella At My Table, previously revealed her weight loss secrets and admitted she’s moving on.
She’s a big fan of green veggies, but still indulges in sugary treats.
“I love kale and am avocado obsessed, but life is about balance, it’s not about being complacent,” Nigella told Good Housekeeping.
She added: “No one should be put on this earth to go on a diet. No one should be brought to this earth to eat themselves sick.”
Nigella explained further, admitting, “I wouldn’t want a life living on chia seed pudding any more than I want to live on Eggs Benedict or steak and chips.”
How else does Nigella keep in shape?
The mom of two, who once went vegan for two weeks, also told the magazine that she’s a fan of Iyengar yoga.
Iyengar is practiced at a slow pace and focuses specifically on posture.
Poses are held for an extended period of time, paying special attention to alignment.
Nigella said she practices Iyengar yoga three times a week.

She said, “I have to do something I enjoy or I wouldn’t be doing it.”
Nigella added, “The older I get, the more I realize I need to stretch a lot.
“Even when I’m not doing yoga, I force myself to stretch a lot.”
