Gustavson, who was on trial in London, pleaded guilty to two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. According to police, he earned about $300,000 by streaming his extreme “body modifications.”
And like Sy Sperling in the old Hair Club for Men commercials, Gustavson was a customer: He removed his own penis and nipple, then uploaded the action to his Eunuch Maker website.
According to the Daily Mail, Gustavson’s bizarre practice is linked to a subculture. The participants’ goal is to become a “nullo,” which stands for “genital nullification,” by removing the penis and testicles.

There were allegedly 29 extreme body modifications, removal of body parts and trafficking in macabre rituals with eight other men.

Gustavson pleaded guilty Friday to conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of criminal property (money). He was also the victim of two counts of child pornography.
He pleaded not guilty to three counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
His penis friend and alleged “right-hand man”, a British surgeon called Peter Wates, 66, has admitted conspiring to commit grievous bodily harm. Wates was the surgeon for most procedures. Charges were also brought against several other men.
And Gustavson suffered for his art. In addition to losing his penis and testicles, the Norwegian also had his leg amputated when it was frozen by another health insurance participant. Two men have been convicted of removing his penis and nipple.
According to police, there were an estimated 13 victims. The suspects are scheduled to appear in court again in November.
