A stage show by The Gruffalo is coming to The Lowry this summer.
The musical adaptation of the picture book classic by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler returns to Salford at the end of July.
The popular show, which has toured the UK and around the world, promises “songs, laughs and monstrous fun” for children aged 3 and up and their adults.

Families can join Mouse on a daring adventure through the deep, dark forest in the hit show from internationally acclaimed theater company Tall Stories.
Since its UK premiere in 2001, it has since toured the world successfully, performing in 16 countries and five continents – including twice at the Sydney Opera House, twice on Broadway, 10 West End seasons and once at the National Theatre.
Tall Stories uses “a physical storytelling style combined with original songs to create a vivid theatrical experience that engages its audience”.
The production runs from 30 July to 21 August at The Lowry and tickets can be booked online from £18.
The performances last 55 minutes and there is no intermission.
