Oscars 2023: How to watch the awards ceremony

The Oscars are just around the corner, the prestigious ceremony will take place this weekend.
The Oscars will be held in Los Angeles on Sunday March 12th.
Everything everywhere at once is nominated for the most awards with a total of 11 and the German film nothing new in the West is close behind at 10.

Rihanna – fresh from her Super Bowl halftime show – will perform her nominated track “Lift Me Up.” Black Panther: Wakanda forever at the ceremony.
The song, which the 35-year-old created with Tems, Ryan Coogler and Ludwig Göransson, is nominated for Best Original Song, marking her first-ever Oscar nomination.
Last year’s awards ended in dramatic fashion when Will Smith took the stage and slapped presenter Chris Rock.
The 95th award ceremony will be moderated this year by American moderator Jimmy Kimmel.

How to watch in the US
If you’re based in the US, you can watch the Oscars live on ABC starting at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
How to watch in the UK
British film fans will need to stay up late to catch the awards ceremony, which will be televised live from 1am until 3am on Monday morning (13 March).
Both Sky Showcase and Now will broadcast the ceremony live from midnight on March 13.
