January 22nd was an unforgettable Sunday for the 11th party poker Players who triumphed our Super Daily Legends tournaments. The supers are Progressive Knockout (PKO) tournaments with buy-ins ranging from $1.10 to $530 and guaranteed prize pools of up to $50,000.

The Supers are currently running all week, Monday till Thursday, with each day dedicated to a specific range of buy-ins. For example, Super $1.10, $11 and $109 run on Mondays, with Super $2.20, $22 and $215 running every Tuesday. However, on Sunday all Supers start between 17:05 and 19:05 GMT and do so with their biggest guarantees of the week.

Thousands of PartyPoker players took part in the virtual tables at this Sunday’s Supers, blowing most of the guaranteed prize pools out of the water. Of course, the $320, $215, and $109 buy-in Supers award the biggest prizes, though You don’t have to spend a lot to win big at PartyPokeras shown by the Super $55 and Super $33.

About 1,274 players bought into it Awesome $55 on January 22 and created a prize pool of $63,700, far larger than the advertised $50,000 guarantee. All but one of the nine grinders who made it to the final table have won four-figure prizes when bounty payments are added.

These bonus payments make a big difference in the price you can transfer. Just ask the eighth place finisher “Leja2021”, which took home a $481 payout from the main prize pool but an impressive $1,014 worth of bounties; only the eventual champion claimed more from the bounty prize pool. All that extra money meant that Leja2021 walked away with more than the players finishing in the two places above them!

Eventually, the Super $55 got to the heads-up stage where it could “omah4z” And “MAM8A” fought for the championship. Both secured more than $3,600, leaving the final bounties, which were huge at the time, to play with. The one-on-one match went to omah4z and they added $4,522 to their $3,691 payout for a total profit of $8,213, or almost 150 times their original investment!

The Awesome $33 is an extremely popular tournament; it saw 1,334 participants this weekend. These players competed for a share of the $40,020 prize pool, once again voiding the $30,000 guarantee.

Six of the nine finalists filled their bankrolls with four-figure prizes, but that was it “Sagious199299” who used the lion’s share. With Sagious199299 and “Paco Beach”, the heads-up duo that secured $2,295 from the main prize pool followed in battle for the last scalp. PacoBeach crashed in second place on the course and walked away with a score of $2,574. Sagious199299 walked away with $5,000 thanks to a final bounty payment worth $2,700, $400 more than the main prize pool awarded to the champion!

Check out the other results from the January 22nd Supers. There was a narrow end for Team PartyPoker Matthew Staples in Super $530. Staples found himself at the final table, but it wasn’t to be.

Staples finished sixth when he moved all-in from the small blind with all-in blank for 7.3 big blinds. “PELIGROSISSIMO” Called with dominance from the big blind blankblank. Staples improved to two pairs blankblankblank Flop, but the blank again counterfeited his hand. The river had to be a six for Staples to win the hand, or a ten or better to hack the pot. However, it was her blankand our hero was gone.
