Fox News staffer Katie Pavlich said Democrats have tried to “ignore the leak” and brushed it aside in Saturday’s One Nation, arguing that it follows a pattern of Democrats trying to rule the court to undermine.
KATIE PAVLICH: There has been much speculation as to whether this was a liberal official working for a more left-leaning judiciary. There have also been some accusations from Democrats that it was a conservative in the seat who leaked this because they want Roe v. Wade overturned. We don’t know who it is. We’ve heard calls from people like Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who said the leaker should be prosecuted if he broke any laws. The Justice Department hasn’t expressed much interest in finding out who the tidbit is, and certainly they haven’t expressed much interest in prosecuting people who invade the homes of conservative judges.

But if you look at how the evidence has piled up, Democrats have taken advantage of it, including the White House. They’ve tried to ignore the leak, brushing it aside, as Jen Psaki said when it first came out, to focus on the Roe vs. Wade question. And it follows a pattern of Democrats trying to undermine the court, whether with court hearings or by trying to go after Supreme Court nominees who happen to have been nominated by a Republican, and trying to have their nominations thrown out. And, of course, just last year Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer stood on the court steps during a hearing on an abortion case that threatened Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch on that very issue. So it follows the left-leaning pattern, but we don’t know who the leaker is.
