Phil Hellmut‘s Vegas home is for sale and if you’ve got a cool ½ million dollars you can buy yourself an expensive piece of poker memorabilia – the home where Phil once posed topless!

Hellmuth bought the 1,672-square-foot home with plans to stay there WSOP and other extended Vegas trips. However, preferring a suite at the Aria when in town, it’s now up for sale and Phil is asking $525,000 for the three-bedroom home.

“I bought this house in the gated community of Las Vegas Country Club (great location),” Hellmuth tweeted, explaining, “I’ve never lived there but wanted to stay there during the WSOP and other long Vegas trips.”

If the name Karina Jett sounds familiar, that’s because it’s the poker player herself. Jett has appeared on television shows such as Poker After Dark and Late Night Poker and has nearly $560,000 in tournament earnings.

Jett, a broker at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, described the home as “a second home for Phil since he bought it in 2002. Its proximity to the Las Vegas Strip is his favorite feature.”

Built in 1974, the home also features a swimming pool overlooking the 2nd green of Las Vegas Country Club, although the site needs some TLC.

Coldwell Banker Premier Realty CEO Bob Hamrick stated:

“This home is representative of Old Vegas style and can be restored to its original glory with a little renovation.”

Twitter poker had some fun at Phil’s expense, with Andy Bloch tweeting that playing a heads-up match for the house would be a “fun gimmick”.

Faraz Jaka came up with a clever idea to boost the selling price:

“Why don’t you stay there this summer and win your next bracelet…then you can sell it for $625,000 as the house where you won your record-breaking bracelet.”

Josh Arieh may have been looking for WSOP coaching from the 16-time bracelet winner when he asked:

“If I buy it, will you stay with me during @wsop?”

Matthew Salsberg may have been eyeing a topless Phil when he suggested what may have been going on at the house over the years…
