Phillip Schofield’s Dancing On Ice future is uncertain following the departure of This Morning

This comes after the host issued a statement on May 20 that he was leaving the award-winning chat show following rumors of a falling out between him and Holly Willoughby.

The couple reportedly “barely spoke” off-camera while remaining closed during airtime.

Following the message from Schofield’s Willoughby was touching after his immediate exit, writing, “The sofa won’t feel the same without him.”

Now that Schofield has left This morningMany are wondering if he will continue to host celebrity competition show Dancing On Ice.

Schofield and Willoughby have co-hosted the show for a number of years, but following the alleged falling out, it’s not certain the couple will continue.

Though not yet in production, they say metroDancing On Ice usually airs at the beginning of each year.

However, ITV has said Schofield will continue working with the channel, writing in a statement of his own: “Phillip will continue to present peak time programs for ITV including next month’s British Soap Awards and a new prime time series.”

While there is no news on what the show will be like, information about the new show is set to be revealed soon.
