Red Chilli Indian, Shildon receives a 4 star rating upon re-inspection

Red Chilli restaurant on Church Street in Shildon received a one-star food rating earlier this year as inspectors claimed it needed “significant improvements”.

The agency conducted the inspection on May 11 and examined the hygienic handling of food in the establishments, the cleanliness and condition of the facilities, and the structure and management of food safety.
